On 12/26/2019 I went to dealership because both key fobs were not working consistently with the 2017 Tucson (one key fob is never used). 1. They said it was batteries and replaced. 2. Then they reprogrammed it. A month later, I'm still waiting to hear. Sent a video of the issue. The alert does not work either, it's hit and miss when it happens. This is the 2nd issue with this car.
