CarComplaints.com Notes: The 2016 Tucson comes with a dual-clutch, 7-speed transmission. But Hyundai forgot to tell you about one key phrase – zero-move. That's right, an alarming number of owners have said their SUV wouldn't accelerate after a stop.
Turns out that's because the transmission's application logic has been stumbling all over itself. Hyundai recalled the issue in September 2016, but it's difficult to say if owners are out-of-the-woods, or if this is just a sign of things to come.
It's sad, had to go through an ice storm with no heat in 2016 Tuscon. There is no reason for a heater to just go out on a car with only 81000 miles on it. This vehicle has been a lemon. Have an appointment to see why the heat isn't working will update everyone ! I have noticed my 2016 is not the only one with this issue! Hyundai you need to do better!
A/C not blowing cold air after a 1 1/2 hr trip, fans blows hot air. shut car off next day seemed to be working. now up North and heater is not blowing hot enough with temperature raised. brought into dealer said they cannot recreate problem.. questioned whether there is an actuator..... also asked about thermostat.. told them it was like the system is freezing up. Will now bring back car and have the thermistor changed as that worked for someone... will show service dept this site.
Update from Jun 5, 2017: We had the heater and A/C control unit replaced seems to have resolved the problem resolved.
