The engine had been replaced. The vehicle continued to hesitate while driving uphill. The check engine warning light was illuminated intermittently. The vehicle was returned to the dealer who diagnosed that the catalytic converter had failed again and needed to be replaced. The vehicle had not been repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
