The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, there was smoke coming from underneath the hood. A chemical odor was detected coming through the air vents causing a burning sensation to the contact's eyes and nose. The contact had to roll down the windows to get relief from the chemical odor. The dealer was made aware of the failure but confirmed that parts were not yet available. The dealer scheduled an upcoming appointment for February 2023.
