seat belt will not retract appropriately

I have taken my Tucson to the dealership three times because the seat belt on driver side will not retract correctly. Each time i was told nothing was wrong. The seat belt keeps getting caught in the door frame and now I have several dents in the door frame and my interior light comes on and off while I'm driving which is a problem, A man at the dealership told me I was getting out of the car wrong. I only know one way to get out of any car undo the seat belt open door step out. He also stated that the seat belt is turning inside the frame when it retracts that why it is not retracting correctly. The seat belt is not covered under the warranty/auto guard nor the damage to the car. I was told i would need to find an auto body shop to make the repair. Now if my seat belt fails in a crash will hyundai be held responsible. i simply want my car fixed.
