The contact owns a 2013 Hyundai Tucson. While driving 40 mph, the instrument panel failed to illuminate. The contact had the vehicle towed to the dealer (autonation Hyundai mall of Georgia, 3445 buford ga 30519) where it was diagnosed that the vehicle had a fuse failure. The vehicle was repaired. A few months later, while starting the vehicle, the contact shifted into drive and depressed the accelerator pedal, but the vehicle failed to accelerate. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer, but was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was contacted, but could not offer any assistance. The failure mileage was appoximatly 8,000.
