The contact owns a 2012 Hyundai Tucson. While driving, the rpms took longer than normal to engage during acceleration. Occasionally, the RPM dial would not move at all. Also, the ABS indicator illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a local mechanic and code: "P3018" and "shift delay" were located. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact planned to schedule an appointment at fuccilo Hyundai of syracuse (2601 erie blvd E, syracuse, NY 13224, (315) 445-7900) this week. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 102,000.
