Bluetooth is used to manage my business. I am now loosing money as a result. It was necessary tool used by me multiple times per day. Stopped working instantaneously at the very same time two other problems occurred (turning on the ignition switch and the car would not turn on, and the cruise control module stopped working). All three problems occurred within two days) I will be adding these problems to this site as well.

Dealership "thinks" it might need to have the radio head ($800.00 to fix) replaced in order to fix Bluetooth...

Very disappointed....car just started to immediately fall apart.

The Bluetooth function worked well when I first purchased the vehicle but within 6 months, the connection with my iPhone started to fail. The party that I was calling could not hear me and the description was "distorted and over modulation". I was not able to hear the person on the other end either. I tried to unpair and pair the phone many times. I tried to adjust the volume on the settings and the announcement, "Transfer Complete" was so loud that it would hurt my ears. Nothing I did to increase volume such as manually turning up the radio volume control, closing windows to block out road noise, or shutting down the ventilation fan helped. I asked the dealer repeatedly if it was possible to reset it back to factory settings and they told me, "NO." What may have helped was a result of another problem where the seat had to be removed and in doing so, they had to unplug the electrical wiring. That caused a manual reset of all the electrical systems such as radio channel settings clock, etc. The volume control on it is now pretty much back to where it was when I first got the car.
