My daughter took my 2010 Hyundai Tucson to Jones Junction Hyundai on Belair road we had never been there before When we called about the supposed recall they said they couldn't work on our car because we had never been there and the woman was adamant she would not give us an appointment so I called the recall center and they kept telling me they would get me an appointment finally they did on the 31st of May at 2:30 in the afternoon my daughter took my working 2010 Hyundai Tucson To Jones Junction Hyundai would not drive back out of there they said it was in stout mode after their recall the bad part is it wasn't a recall at all it was a campaign but they never told me that they just did the supposed recall.
They have left my daughter in a very bad way she lives in the county and she has a two-year-old child she cannot work or take her daughter to the doctor's because she has no car she is the type of person that works from check to check she has no money to pay her bills none of that. And they don't want to fix my car they try to tell me that I would have to pay $650 for a part that costs roughly no more than $60 But I guess that's a dealer for you so I had it towed $245 to my mechanic. My mechanic said that it cannot be fixed it needs a whole new engine so for their campaign that didn't even need to be put on my car.
I now have no vehicle and I do not know what I am going to do, the manager at Jones Junction Hyundai is very ignorant. He talked to me like c*** and said he would not fix my car I am now waiting for call back from Hyundai corporate to find out if they are going to pay to fix my car or if they're just gonna give me the money for it for me to buy another one I won't ever do this again and I was told by my mechanic that the motors in these cars are not good. Very expensive to replace.
