The display has squiggly lines across it. There is no data able to be read. After 20-30 minutes it comes on and works normally. When it's colder outside the problem is worse. If it's very hot out it takes much less time to start working. It's not a fuse problem as I've changed fuses and it starts/stops by itself with no intervention by me. This is super annoying as I have no radio/phone/backup camera control until it starts working.
