She had to exert great force during application of the brake pedal to decelerate back to the intended speed. She is in the process of having the vehicle inspected to determine the cause of the failure. The manufacturer was notified. The failure mileage and current mileages were 55,000.

The contact owns a 2005 hound Tucson, while on cruise control it was too tight, causing the rpms to rev., the dealer repaired. Currently, while on cruise control it went out of the cruise control and the speed dropped rapidly. The service dealer stated they could not find the cause of the problem. This almost resulted in two accidents.
