The contact owns a 2007 Hyundai Tiburon. In an attempt to drive the vehicle, the air bag light illuminated on the instrument panel and would not dim. The vehicle was taken to a dealer and they replaced the air bag computer on 2-08-08. On 2-15-08 the air bag light illuminated again. The cup holder is located directly over the computer without a shield to protect it from moisture and had drip onto the computer. The dealer refuses to replace the computer again. The current mileage was 14,014 and failure mileage was 14,000. The contact has pictures of the occurrence. Update 04-02-08 the consumer has digital photos that cleary show the design defects. Updated
