I 'm financing a Hyundai Tiburon 2003 and the air bag in the front drivers side has been malfunctioning, the light is on and has been on. Also the windows wont roll down and the oxygen sensors have gone out as well. Is there any remedy that can be done for my car since I owe $9,000 dollars on it to fireside bank?
While driving 70 mph passenger's side air bag inadvertently deployed. Driver was able to maintain control of the vehicle, and drove it to the dealer for inspection.
While driving approximately 30 mph, the driver's side, side impact air bag deployed for no reason, causing the car to swerve towards the right hitting the curb on the passenger side damaging the passenger side front tire and rim. As of today hyunday did not make any repairs or investigation of the deployment of the air bag. The car is parked at the dealer from September 21, 2003.
While driving approximately 30 mph, the side air bag deployed inadvertently. As a result the vehicle swerved to the right and hit a curb. The vehicle sustain damage to the passenger side front tire, rim and suspension.
