The hybrid charging light is usually green and only on and when plugging in the car to charge. After a little over 31k miles, it started to blink red while driving. It’s a little scary because you don’t know what it means. It would go away after a few seconds of driving for the first few times, and then later it would take a few minutes for the red blinking light to go away. It was very intermittent at first and then started happening every time I turned on the car. I took it to the dealer a month after it started happening since it seemed to get worse, and they said it was the charging module that needed replacing.
