We bought Hybrid Sonata brand new and the problems started just after one month. They had my car in the garage for a month and they started fixing a number of problems they told us. They gave the car back after a month and it broke down 3 times and we had to tow the car at our own cost to the house twice and to the dealership. They are saying it is not under warranty and they are asking 4,400.00"plus and they have the car in their dealership and we had read all he reviews online and we know all the challenges we have been facing.
We are very frustrated and we need your help to resolve this issues.
Please any help will be appreciated. Not sure who to contact in regards to such a major issues.

Update from Jul 25, 2017: The car was bought in Massachusetts and they are stating this car is not included in the recall. But it has issues since we bought. They had the car in their workshop for a month and we were very frustrated. But we expected the problems to be fixed. The dealership we bought the car is closed and the paperwork for repairs is under investigation.
They told us they are looking into this matter and it is second day now and we do not have a car and they did not give us a rental car.
