Had the same problem with my 2013 Sonata, you would think they would have fixed it by now. I have tried everything they suggest on the web and nothing works. I resorted to removing the fuse for the horn. My neighbors have thanked me so they can now sleep at 5:30 AM when I leave for work. I have 9 miles on this car and if I could return it to the dealer (San Tan Hyundai in Gilbert AZ) I would do it. I have never been so unhappy with a car purchase, and I have purchased many cars in my 74 years.
