On 10-15-17 My Hyundai Sonata Sport went out of control which is called unintended acceleration as I was turning in to my driveway it made a loud vroom noise and started to accelerate on it's own and I tried to brake and the brakes failed and I hit my garage door the only thing that appeared to make it from going through my garage door is me putting the car into park.
The dealership and corporate refuse to take any responsibility of it saying they looked at my car and there is nothing wrong with it which I know is not true. They gave me back the car and now I can't drive it because I fear for my safety and others by putting that car on the road again. I continue to put complaints to corporate again, manufacturers, BBB and Business Consumer Alliance waiting to see if I can get out of this lease.
