My 2016 Sonata Sport Tech has had a shuttering problem since I picked up the car. When stopped at a light, as soon as you take your foot off the brake, prior to accelerating, the car shudders and you have to let it shudder before you can accelerate.
I've had the car in to Dilawri Hyundai on Hunt Club in Ottawa, where I bought it, many times and they tell me that "it's supposed to be this way". The car is supposed to shudder before you can accelerate?? REALLY? This is ridiculous. I know others that have the same vehicle and I've driven theirs and theirs doesn't do this.
I'm at a point where I think that I'm going to need to take the vehicle to a non-Hyundai dealership to have this issue diagnosed as Hyundai doesn't seem to be able to fix the problem with the 2016 Sonata Sport Tech.
Does anyone have a solution. They reset the codes on the car and that did nothing.
