The steering binds at top dead center. When traveling at any speed the steering binds and needs more turning pressure for correction left or right and this causes over-correction and abrupt movement in the lane. I have been to the dealer Myrtle Beach Hyundai several times for this and it comes back the same. At first it only happened at speeds of 60 mph or more. I was told they are not permitted to drive that fast. The last time I took it in the mileage was the same at checkout as it was checked in. No road test! I offered the car to them to use it for the week so they can duplicate the problem. I have 3 Hyundai’s, 2 Santa Fe and the Sonata. I assure you that this will be the last Hyundai I purchase.
