$5,561.85 is the repair cost of the damage that was done to the car it is being repaired at the dealer & they wont check the codes until its repaired. Who do I put this complaint to for maybe a recall to get my money back as this fuel sensor issue has cost a lot & also I'm sure my insurance is going to increase unless Hyundai recalls it right?

Pulled into a parking lot a neighborhood grocery/laundry. Car suddenly turned to the left and then car increased speed and ran in a straight line till it hit a moveable sign with a concert base. Car did a 180 turn. Lots of cosmetic damage to front end but unsure about any mechanical or electrical issues. I'd suggest checking out the shifting system, both the mechanical and electrical parts.
