My trunk was stuck and i couldnt get it open!... it was jammed for some reason. i tried with the key but it just wouldnt work. i went to the inside of the car in the back seat to try and pull the seats down and there wasnt anything there to be able to pull the seats down from the inside!!! this is unacceptable!! I had groceries in the trunk that needed to be put away, they were cold and frozen.
so the other complaint is the trunk latch. also unacceptable!! it was jammed shut. stuck. how does that happen?? nothing was in the way of the latch.
