I have tried since December, 2016 to cancel my subscription with Bluelink. The phone number is not active and sending emails to Hyundai is like going into a black hole. I am hoping that a class action lawsuit is ongoing, but have not been able to find one. Is there one?
When I purchased the vehicle I HAD to provide a credit card to the salesman to get the trial period. Now I cannot cancel the subscription nor can I remove the credit card information and I had to tell my card company to block payment to Bluelink. My dealer was no help, they said I need to contact Bluelink directly.
HA, the number is dead, and the number directly at Hyundai directs you to the dead number. WHAT A SCAM!!! I cannot get Hyundai to cancel Bluelink, I cannot get a hold of Bluelink, and my emails go into a black hole.
I think an investigation into their subscription practices needs to be initiated QUICKLY!
