Wire harness had to be replaced in Aug 2019, and it was literally just a month after the warranty expired. I got it fixed but it cost me $2,500. Today, I was driving my car, and the same issue happened again when I got my wire harness replaced just a year and a half ago. The defective wire harness is a serious issue b/c it keeps braking and dash board becomes unreadable.
It happened all of sudden and when I turned back my car to go back home, the brake light was on, and I could not accelerate at all. I had my emergency light on and I pulled over multiple times till I got home. Thankfully both incidents happened on a local road that is not too far away from my home, but if this happened on highway, this issue could have been fatal b/c there was no prior sign, both times it failed and soon after, brake light was on, and you cannot accelerate any more and your dash board is not functional.
