The contact owns a 2013 Hyundai Sonata. The contact stated that the seat belt warning and the turning signal chime was completely inaudible. The contact stated that he believed it was a safety issue. The vehicle was taken to the dealer. The technician did not offer any assistance since they were unable to alter the design of the vehicle. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure but did not offer any assistance and stated that the vehicle was operating as designed. The vehicle was not repaired.
