When we got the car it wasn't noted that there wasn't a power seat on the passenger side. The seat therefore is very low to the floor making it difficult to to exit the car. I tried e-mailing Hyundai the very next day asking for a solution to my problem, but I still haven't heard from them even after sending them 4 e-mails. I'm still waiting. I heard that this is a common complaint that Hyundai has not addressed yet. I feel after spending all this money for a car, I would like it to be enjoyable, but it is not.
