I had this problem in 2013, where, I get this burning smell, coming from the car. Then I hear clicking sounds coming from the stick shift. And I put my car in reverse, and my dashboard goes blank. It was a transmission switch sensor, that had a shortage. it's only been three years, since this happen, Damn you tell me Hyundai sensor, parts don't last longer than three years.
