Still having the same recurring issue...the Bluetooth will not connect to my Samsung Note II. If it does connect, the voice system doesn't recognize by name, only by number. Disconnecting and reconnecting the bluetooth has no effect. Only a car "reboot" may fix the issue. Each time I take the car in for oil change or maintenance I tell them about this same recurring issue and they still have not found the cause or a solution. This has been an issue since I bought my car in July 2010!
