This problem ocurred and repaired three times already. Red Engine light on - caused by the vent has solenoids. I attribuite this isue to: Poorly Certified Hyundau techitiance (charging $140/hr) and and poor quality control of the parts being made. It is a waste of my time and money. I took the car for repairs for the same reason four times already. Once urgently so I can have my son use it for drivers licences. The solenoid was replaced the day before by Huindai Serv. tech, and the red light engine reappeared as I was entering the drivers licence testing center. I wasted a days work for this. The fifth time just occurred after new vent gas solenoid valves (2) were replaced four months ago. The repitive nature of this issue has made the decition for me not to ever consider purchasing another Hyundai again. One of Huyndai Technical Service Tech, concluded that it was bad part... This reflects badly on the overall quality control practices of Huyndai. My gribe, is the time that I spent addressing this issue. I've had it. I am angy, and very disappointed. How come this vent gas solenoid was not included as part of the 100K miles warranty? I was attacted to Huyndau becasue of this 100K mkiles warranty. Huyndai should be chargred on my time to address the deficiencies casued by inadequate quality control or poor certification of their service techs. My time is not free.
