it doesn't just 'jerk,' it thunks really loudly and badly and you feel like the tranny's about to fall out :( The recall #'s 184 and 185 don't make the company repair this at no cost to the vehicle owner :(

Contacted dealer to fix this issue and they are saying it is not a recall and want to begin by charging me to run diagnostics. I know the issue and gave them documentation on the TSB recall programs #184 and #185 that I found on a blog, but since it's not an "official" recall under my VIN number, it'll cost me to fix.
