froze up with no warraining

My 2009 has just around 80,000 miles and oil changed around the clock with full synthetic oil between 2000-3000 miles. During September of 2021 the engine seized up out of the blue while driving without warning or check light. I thought it was the alternator since it happened while driving and it kept clicking when trying to crank and the battery tested as bad core, changed it and had oil change at the same time since it was lifted for the job anyway, then put new oil in with new battery and alternator no crank just click.

Then when I went to dump the oil, the bottom of the drip pan had metal shavings and a CHUNK of something internal! As I added to the photo. I tried to have Hyundai evaluate it because it is a theta 2 engine and thought maybe they'd be good to me since I own 2 other Hyundai vehicles, a 2015 2.0T sonata and 2006 Santa Fe, but they just wasted my time because of the year of the car. They tried to say it would be a "Good faith evaluation" and then they just informed me that they won't cover it because of the year mainly, but the service department claimed it was neglect even with my extensive maintenance. They said there's sludge in the engine, and I responded with, "metal shavings will do that to an engine" and how do you explain negligence with only 80000 miles? They claimed it was most likely from the original owner, so I let them know I got it with less than 54,000 - shouldn't that have happened sooner. They had no reply only another denial. I wish someone would help me get something for this... It's been months without my car and them dragging their feet to get back to me.

The problem is that it would not start about two weeks before and they said it was the key, that it had gone bad. Then when the snow hit and we tried to get out of the drive the head lights would dim. Parked the car, then drove it for two days, then he froze up on the interstate from work and had to have he towed. The dealer said he didn't know why it froze up but said that a new motor was the only solution.
