I have the same problem with the transmission last year. Hyundai charged me 250$ to fix it. Now after 9months and 10 days. The car has the same problems as put on D but the car wont goes. It just humming. The dealer told me that because the car was bought used. The power train wont cover to 100.000 miles, but only 60000 from the beginning of the first purchase. So far i have not seen any documentation regarding to the limit cover for used hyundai owner on 60.000 miles ONLY. I am frustrated and confused as the dealer seemed to not honor their policy as advertised. Please advise as of how to approach the transmission problems and get resolved in fair and timely manner. The dealer i have my hyundai sonata 2007 se v6 is with Garden Grove California dealer on Trask avenue. City of Garden Grove.
