AFTER HYUNDAI TOLD ME THEY WERE GONNA COVER THE CROSSMEMBER AND LOWER CONTROL ARMS UNDER THE CAMPAIGN, THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD COST ME $3000 TO FIX IT DUE TO OTHER PARTS NEEDED TO GO WITH THE CAMPAIGN PARTS. IF THE CAMPAIGN IS "AT NO CHARGE TO THE CUSTOMER", THEN WHY WILL THEY NOT COVER IT? SO I ASKED IF THEY WOULD JUST GIVE ME THE PARTS AND I WOULD DO THE WORK MYSELF, BEING I RUN AN AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR SHOP AND WAS TOLD NO. THEY ONLY SUPPLY THE PARTS IF THEY DO THE WORK.TO ME THIS IS UNETHICAL AND "HIJACKING"!!!
I HOPE THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE SEE THIS AND IT MAKES THEM THINK TWICE BEFORE EVER BUYING ANY HYUNDAI PRODUCTS. OH AND THEN TRIED TO CHARGE ME $105 FOR THE "INSPECTION"!!! NOT HAPPENING!!! BAD BUSINESS IN MY OPINION.
SHAME ON YOU HYUNDAI!!! MAKES ME WONDER HOW MANY PEOPLE THEY HAVE HIJACKED INTO PAYING FOR ITEMS THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN COVERED.
