It began as my left rear window wouldn't roll up. After looking up the repair online, I took it to Auto Pro in Burlington, NC. They told me they needed to replace the regulator. That part costs $200.59 and the labor cost was $104.96. During the repair, I noticed the guy working on my car would go to the back and then go to my door panel to look at it, and then he would turn and look at me. He removed the panel and at one point, he had a few more employees look at my door. It seemed suspicious, but they sent me home with it.
I returned because the door wouldn't open. After a few minutes, they pulled the car back around. I checked it, it finally worked. I left. The door would sometimes freeze up and wouldn't open. The next thing I knew, the handle came off in my hand! I took it back to Auto Pro and left it all day...they couldn't get the door open. I had to go for a doctor appointment(I still have parts in my back floorboard) and still haven't returned. A few days later, I reached for the driver's door, and that handle came off in my hand!! Is there not a recall?!! How can I help get one going?
