overall the 2003 has been phenomenal considering it,s a v6 but the steering to go so early particularly the hoses and the dealer / parts store hoses are know to have faulty manufacture - the main connection up on the engine top apparently there is excess pressures going through the hose and both the dealer and parts stores know of this but they make and sell hoses with faulty hydraulic pressure connections ...... lesson learned go to an independent hydraulic hose source such as the heavy equipment shops give the mechanic your old hose and have them put a new hose chunk with the necessary fittings together for you a little expensive but worth every penny this one $110.00 for the hose but the pressure tolerance way above existing offerings and will last 10 years easy - others 4 if ya extremely lucky repairs costs through dealer 1800.00 ridiculous
