I have spent quite of a bit of money trying to find out what the problem is and there seems not to be any mechanic that can tell me what the problem is and it is embarrassing to me that I purchased this for my granddaughter graduation and she can't really use it like she needs it. She goes to college and works. She's a good girl and deserves better
