This happens EVERY time I refuel, a few gallons will create the problem. I have changed the fuel filter to no effect. We get the car started after a couple or three attempts then hold RPM above high idle for about 20 seconds, then release the pedal, engage trans, and drive away normally. The car is all good until the exact same problem & fix is needed at the next partial or full refuel.
