DTC P0471 started in Feb 23, 2024 (60,127), made appointment with dealership for Mar 13. They found nothing and simply cleared code. It returned the next day. made another appointment Mar 21, this time they said it was the differential pressure sensor they needed to order this part. Made appointment for Mar 28 to have sensor replaced. The same DTC return the next day after replacing said part. Called the dealership and they told me to bring it in, I did this on Apr 2 as a walk-in, I picked my vehicle up on the Apr 10 and the problem still existed. I made yet another appointment for Apr 17. On May 20, I was told it's the EGR cooler and this part was not covered by the 100k powertrain and the 60k bumper to bumper was expired. I/we purchased a warranty at the time of the sale of this vehicle (new). After some back & fourth, I was finally told it will be covered on May 30. As of this writing (Jun 20) my vehicle is still at the dealership with no forecast of when it will be repaired. To add insult to injury we had to rent a vehicle (May 4 to present) so for approx. $1500+ in cost.
