I drove it off the lot. we needed to buy food after opening the rear door to put food in, I push the button to close the door and it would not close, after trying to close it few times it would not close. the door was off track on the left side of the SUV. I call the dealership they told me it's on me and my insurance company. I JUST PURCHASED THIS SUV, they ask me to pick it up the next day so it can be cleaned up and wash. something happens to it while they had it overnight but now, I AM BEING TOLD IT'S a Manufacturing defect by collision shop. Hyundai dealership here KEFFER Hyundai here in Mathews or Charlotte will not return my phone calls, they have my money and I have a Lemmon they sold me that someone knew had this defect. Buyers beware of this dealership they only want your money no matter you are you could be next. PLEASE STAY AWAY they will get you too. If anyone has suggestions for the next step I should take, please reach out. we are all in this together.
