Same issue with my 2020 Santa Fe Limited. ISG STOPPED working also. Dealer first said nothing wrong. 3rd time took manager on test ride with a threatened lemon law so they replaced battery and now ISG working... But as per 2019 it will work for a few months before replacement battery drains. Check Santa Fe owners web site - thousands are complaining of same issue. ISG on Santa Fe not designed to work for a long time.
Update from May 16, 2022: replaced battery after 12,000 miles now ISG WORKS.. Had same issue on my 2019 santa fe also
