The vehicle was taken to the dealer on several occasions however, despite several repairs, the failure persisted. The contact then received notification of NHTSA Recall Number: 22V056000 (Service Brakes, Hydraulic) however, the dealer confirmed parts were not available. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 3,000. Parts distribution disconnect.

The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure.
