It is not normal after few years the radio is broken. It is an Infinity sound system (made by JBL), first time in my life i have problem with a car radio. You pay the price for that, and you think it will be nice, it is a JBL but no, i am not proud of them and i know i am not the only one! Should be a recall, a radio of that price should work for more than six years.
