So...I took what I thought was a nice day off work, hopped in my "Clunker" which I really liked for the first 4 years ( 2008 - 2011 ) I owned it... I opened garage door, start engine, shift to Reverse - noticed shifting needed some force-backed out to driveway, forcefully shifted to Park and thought I must have really lost a ton of muscle strength overnite because this really can't be happening! So...clicked in my seatbelt with my optimistic dream of actually taking off to enjoy my day. Couldn't even move the shifter in to drive now! Next, I turn off vehicle to get out and take a look. Then I thought, what am I looking for? I don't really know anything about these issues except maybe there is a brick stuck in the axle and I highly doubt that so... I tried to start ole clunky and got the sound of silence, tried again, more silence. Clunky hitched a ride last night on a flatbed tow truck to get to the local service station - we are now in wait to see what's wrong and how much it will cost this time!
