Bought a new 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited with original Infinity stereo system. Dealer tells me it is normal specs to have high pitched noise, or hissing sound with engine on. I am very unhappy that I purchased a car the dealer says is worth $33,000, and I cannot listen to my sound system. It does not matter to me if the dealer cannot hear this high pitch ringing, hissing noise. I can! So do those who have rode in my crossover vehicle. That is what counts. I want Hyundai the Korean/USA company to know that producing inferior products and selling it to customers is not only bad business, but it is also bad luck.
Hyundai, do the honorable thing and find a fix to this problem inform all of your dealerships and attempt to restore customer confidence.
