wingshiled crach aroud the heating elemend bottom left side

i am very upset that i had to $359.00 for a windshield that crack on is own.

This was just the second time in a 4 month span that a rock hits my windshield and it cracks big time. I think there is a problem with the windshield if the insurance company has a waiting time on replacement window ... don't you think. Anyone else having problems with the windshield cracking so easy?
