3/4/14-I left work to pick up my son and heard a soft rumble and saw very light smoke. It was clear that I had a flat drivers side tire. After calling AAA and having a professional take the tire off it was clear that the coil/spring had broken and been the cause for the tire failure with a spiked edge that punctured the tire. I will be updating this posting with pictures of the tire and coil/spring and taking those pictures to the dealership I purchased the car from. I have read about multiple failures on this make due to this issue and am surprised that there are no recalls due to the fact that if this happened at a higher speed could be catastrophic. I certainly am questioning Hyundai's quality standards. Aside from my problems with dealing with the issues of getting all of this fixed Hyundai needs to deal with this issue before someone is on the interstate and this ruins multiple lives.
