As I backed out of the driveway my front brakes failed. The front driver brake pad had separated from the brake assembly. The pad was on the driveway. Inspection revealed that the bonding agent had failed. The jenkins Hyundai of bradenton confirmed the defect in the bonding agent-but stated that the braking system is not covered by Hyundai warranty. All brake pads were replaced. I retained the defective brake pad. Updated 02/01/10. Updated 03/08/10 updated 04/29/10.
While driving vehicle suddenly lost power and idled. Dealership serviced vehicle 5 times and replaced ignition coil, mass air flow sensor, and 2 other components. But the failure still recurred. Also, vehicle was serviced 3 times for brake failure. Brake pads and rotors were replaced twice. But grinding continued.
