My beef is this -- this is a safety issue because the failure happened while I was driving. My speed was limited, and the car would no longer shift again when I stopped. Had that happened on the highway (which a different issue happened while I was on the highway which also limited my shifting and speed), I could have been toast.
The second beef is that Hyundai took 29 days to fix this issue. They also took more than two days when my car in the shop to even look at my car, 11 days to provide me a rental, and 17 days to approve the repair.
