The POS Santa Cruz is a failed design. Some of the models have roof rails, some don't. The problem is that if the model you buy does not come with the roof rails, you are stuck with never being able to mount a roof rack. The disaster POS failed Huffines Hyundai dealership of Plano Texas 909 Coit Rd Plano, TX 75075 tells me that they can't install the roof rails. The roof rails also seem to be a nonexistent part that can't be ordered. A few videos on youtube demonstrate the installation of the roof rails but it looks like a time-consuming problematic waste of time. It would be easier if they just put the f*cking rails on every Santa Cruz.
I am selling my POS Santa Cruz in the very near future and will never buy anything from Hyundai ever again. Please do the same. Boycott Hyundai forever. I was going to buy a Toyota Tacoma in 2023. I own a Toyota 4Runner. I made a huge mistake doing a trade-in and buying a Santa Cruz. If you are going to get a truck, I recommend that you by a Toyota Tacoma. Buy anything except a Hyundai vehicle.
