I was driving down a road with 50mph speed limit when a few of my dash lights began to come on and then go off. Then about 2minutes later, all the dash lights came on, my display screen went black, my power steering wheel froze up. I safely pulled over to a parking lot. Turned the car off. And it wouldn't start back up. I took it to the Jim Click Hyundai in Tucson to get it diagnosed. The alternator was diagnosed as faulty, therefore killing my battery. This is an extremely unsafe circumstance for my 2 year old car to be going through. I cannot believe that this happend. I had to pay for a new battery at the dealership. Now not even 2 months later... my car wouldn't start. I waited 10minutes, it turned on, but it looked like it did a factory reset. I will be contacting the dealership...again. But this must be looked into further. I can't believe a 2 year old car would be having these types of problems.

Steering drifts to right. 2 wheel alignments have been done. Alignment checked a 3rd time, showed correct alignment. Steering motor torque input reset. Vehicle drove fine for a few hours but started drifting again to the right.

The steering wheel on the vehicle would immediately rotate about 10 degrees to the right after starting the vehicle. The steering wheel would then remain in this cocked right position. When driving, the car would pull very hard to the right when letting go of the steering wheel, even following an alignment. This also resulted in the steering wheel being very difficult to turn to the left vs the right. Additionally, this would cause the vehicle to track dangerously close to the right lane lines on the highway when using the lane keep assist feature and forced the driver to consistently pull the steering wheel to the left to track the vehicle straight. I took it to an independent service center for alignment which didn-??t correct the issue. I then took it to my local Hyundai dealership for rectification. They recalibrated the steering angle sensor and torque sensor. This corrected the cocked right position of the steering wheel. It improved but did not fully get rid of the right pull and difficulty in turning the steering wheel to the left. I was forced to pay $195 for the steering calibration on a certified pre owned vehicle with just over 10,000 miles on it.

Was (thankfully) driving on a completely straight 2 lane highway when the collision avoidance system gave an error message to check it. My steering wheel became completely immobilized and couldn't be turned in either direction more than an inch or so. I eventually pulled off to the side of the road and restarted the car, which fixed the problem. I have since set the Memory settings for drivers 1 and 2 to omit using all of the lane minder/collision avoidance features in the hope that if they are just off entirely, the system won't malfunction and cause a wreck. Don't know what I would have done if we were on a curvy road with no breakdown lane nearby or if we were on the interstate.

I was driving out of my subdivision when the follow lane assist warning light came on. My steering wheel immediately became difficult to steer. Very difficult. I was able to make it back into my subdivision. I turned off the car and the warning lights went off. This was terrifying. I can't imagine if i had been on the highway or interstate when this happened. The dealership is telling me not to drive my car if i don't feel.safe but they can't look at it until the end of September 2022. I just purchased this car in April. Im terrified of this happening again. Also, my windshield wipers are coming on on auto without rain or moisture on the windshield. Don't know if the two are related.

Car purchased on 07 June 2022. Car with the dealership service since 14 June 2022 Steering Stiffness to the Left. Car dragging to the right. My left arm is sore and had aches in the joints due to the extra pressure in balancing the steering. Hyundai is aware of the issue but has no solutions to it. This is a serious safety risk.

The car pulls to the right and it is hard to steer left. At speeds higher than 50mph the steering wheels vibrates when turning left to correct the veering. The Lane Departure and Lane Keeping Assist to not operate correctly because the car veers to the right. I have had the car serviced twice within one week of purchasing and there is no fix from the dealer nor Hyundai. This issue was apparent within minutes of first driving the car, there are no warning lights. The alignment is out of spec but cannot be corrected by the dealer. The cause is reported as an issue with the steering angle sensor.
