Remote start via Hyundai Bluelink app and website does not work. It has not worked since I purchased the car. Other owners on the Ioniq Owners Forum have complained of the the same problem. Hyundai is aware of the problem. I and other owners have opened support tickets only to hear that the problem has been "escalated". Some models of Ioniq lost this feature back in January 2020 after an app or system update (can't recall which) according to owner posts on the Forum. I live in the Northeast and was counting on this feature for wintertime. Very disappointed with Hyundai at this point.
